Project Marketing Manager

We are looking for a marketing manager to support international real estate projects, create strong positioning, and help promote premium resort developments across global markets.

Key tasks

  • Consult potential clients on Teus Group real estate projects.
  • Present investment opportunities in resort residential and hotel complexes.
  • Manage leads from first contact to deal closing.
  • Build long-term relationships with investors, buyers, and agency partners.
  • Work closely with marketing and project teams to provide accurate project information.
  • Support clients during the full purchase journey.

Job responsibilities

  • Handle incoming leads via phone, messengers, email, and CRM.
  • Conduct online and offline project presentations.
  • Explain project benefits, payment plans, expected returns, and ownership details.
  • Coordinate calls, meetings, and follow-ups with potential buyers.
  • Keep CRM data updated and structured.Collaborate with real estate agencies and external partners.
  • Prepare commercial offers and client-facing materials.
  • Report sales activity, pipeline status, and conversion progress.

Work experience

  • 3+ years in real estate sales, investment sales, luxury sales, hospitality sales, or related fields.
  • Experience with international clients is preferred.
  • Experience selling off-plan properties or investment real estate is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of premium/luxury client communication.

Education, skills, etc.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex investment products in simple language.
  • Confident user of CRM systems, Google Workspace, messengers, and video calls.
  • High level of responsibility and self-organization.
  • Understanding of the real estate investment process is a plus.
  • Client-oriented mindset and ability to work with high-value deals.
