Here's the latest update from the Amani Melasti construction site.
In August, the project reached the completion of the structural phase and is moving into the active stage of engineering works.
Current status: — Sections 2 and 3 — the structural framework has been fully completed. — Section 1 — completion of the structural framework is scheduled for September. — Masonry works are ongoing across all sections.
Next steps: — Launch of all engineering utilities across the project: water supply, sewerage, and full electrical wiring of the room stock. — Start of the VRV system installation — one of the key work packages that will set the pace for the coming months.
Work volumes are growing and the project is progressing confidently on schedule. We'll share new progress from the site in the next update.
