Here's the latest update from the Amani Melasti construction site.

In September, the project completed key milestones in masonry works and moved into the active phase of engineering and finishing works.

Current status:
— Masonry works on the building have been fully completed.
— Construction of the showroom has been completed — key technical solutions were tested there in real conditions, and the showroom is now being used to approve the finishing materials for the rest of the project.
— Electrical wiring in the room stock has started.
— Plastering works and floor screed installation have begun.

Planned works on site for October:
— Installation of the VRV air conditioning system: a central system in which each room retains individual temperature control.
— Launch of fire safety systems: fire alarm, evacuation warning system, sprinklers, and emergency lighting — fully integrated with each other and with the building's other engineering systems.
— Continuation of plastering works and floor screed installation, preparing the room stock for the final finishing stage.

October marks the project's transition from the structural phase into the active stage of engineering and finishing works. We'll share new progress from the site in the next update.
