Here's the latest update from the Ramada Nusa Dua by Wyndham construction site.
In August, key earthworks were completed on site, and preparation of the territory for the main construction phase continues.
Current status: — Removal of unsuitable soil from the site has been fully completed — a significant volume of work required to move on to the next stage. — The foundation pit for the apartment building has been finalized. — Site clearing with vertical layout of the plot is underway: the top fertile soil layer is being removed and the terrain is being leveled for the upcoming construction. — Construction of the villa that will become the project's showroom continues — the first facility where materials, layout, and the actual level of finishing can be seen in person.
