Here's the latest update from the Amani Melasti construction site.

Construction continued at a steady pace in June — key structural stages have been completed and masonry work is in full swing. The project is entering the final stage of concrete works: the structural framework across all three sections is approaching roof level.

Current status: — Section 1 — the vertical structures of the second floor and the third-floor slab have been completed. Concrete works on the vertical structures of the third floor are underway. — Section 2 — the fourth-floor slab and vertical structures have been fully completed. Reinforcement of the fifth-floor slab is underway, and masonry work on the second floor is being carried out in parallel. — Section 3 — the vertical structures of the fourth floor and masonry on the second floor have been completed. Concrete works on the fifth-floor slab and the vertical structures of the fifth floor — the final level of the project's structural frame — are currently underway.

Planned works on site for July: — Section 1 — construction of the vertical structures of the third floor, installation of the fourth-floor slab, horizontal waterproofing on the first floor, and the start of masonry on the second floor. — Sections 2 and 3 — construction of the vertical structures of the fifth floor and installation of the roof slab. These two sections will be the first to reach roof level. Masonry work on the third floor will continue in parallel.

The project is confidently moving toward the completion of the structural phase. We'll share new progress from the site in the next update.
