We are pleased to share the latest construction updates from DESIRE Antalya for October.
Block A1. Installation of balcony and terrace railings is ongoing. Work is underway on the installation of doors providing access to the terraces. Porcelain stoneware flooring has been completed in the shelter and the basement technical rooms. The entrance canopy has been installed.
Block A2. Marble finishing works are underway in the stairwells and around the elevator entrances. Apartment glazing is nearing completion. Installation of glass and aluminium balcony and terrace railings is ongoing. The entrance canopy has been installed.
Block A3. Assembly and installation of the elevator cabins have been completed, and elevator doors have been installed. Marble finishing works are underway in the stairwells and around the elevator entrances. Apartment glazing is nearing completion. General Works. Installation of fire safety equipment and technical equipment in the pump rooms is underway in the basement areas. Finishing works are being carried out in the indoor swimming pool, hammam and sauna. Waterproofing of the parking garage in preparation for subsequent landscaping has been completed. Earthworks for the landscaping of the site are ongoing. The reinforced concrete section of the perimeter fence has been completed.
