The AMANI Melasti by Wyndham Hotel continues to implement the project in accordance with international construction standards. The latest significant milestone was the issuance and signing of a construction insurance policy under the “Contractor’s All Risks” (CAR) program, which covers major risks during construction work and liability to third parties.
The policy provides insurance coverage for the entire scope of construction work, as well as major related expenses throughout the entire construction period. Additionally, the insurance coverage extends to potential cases of damage to the property or health of third parties during the project’s implementation.
Importantly, the insurance coverage does not end upon completion of construction. The policy remains in effect throughout the additional warranty (service) period, providing protection against risks both during the construction phase and after the facility is put into operation.
To enhance the reliability of the insurance coverage, risks are distributed among several insurance companies, making the insurance system more resilient and effective.
The issuance of the CAR policy is an important confirmation of Wyndham’s systematic approach to the implementation of the AMANI Melasti project and provides additional guarantees to investors, financial partners, and contractors.
