In April, we completed key milestones across several sections and reached a stable pace of construction.

Current status: Section 1 — installation of the second-floor slab is ongoing. Section 2 — the second-floor slab and waterproofing of the technical level have been fully completed. Section 3 — the third-floor slab and waterproofing of the first level have been completed. Concrete works on the vertical structures of the third floor are currently underway.

The following works are planned on site during May: Section 1 — completion of the second-floor slab installation. Section 2 — construction of the vertical structures of the second floor and installation of the third-floor slab. Section 3 — completion of the vertical structures of the third floor, installation of the fourth-floor slab, and the start of vertical elements on the fourth level.

The project is confidently progressing across several sections at once, and in the next update we expect to share even more visible progress from the site.
