Here’s the December construction update for AMANI Melasti.
In December, the project moved beyond the zero cycle and entered the above-ground construction phase. All underground utility works and backfilling have been completed.
The key milestone of the month was the installation of the tower crane. With the crane in place, the construction rhythm changes: material delivery becomes centralised, and above-ground works move into an active phase. From this point, the building begins to rise vertically.
At the same time, first-floor structural works are underway. Factory-made modular formwork is being used for the monolithic works, allowing precise geometry and clean concrete finishes. Reinforcement and concreting of vertical load-bearing elements are currently in progress.
At this stage, the building volume is already emerging, and the shape and scale of the future structure are becoming clearly visible on site.
