Here is the February construction update for AMANI Melasti.

During the month, monolithic works were carried out simultaneously across all three sections of the complex, focusing on vertical and horizontal reinforced concrete structures.

In the first section, the first stage of concreting vertical structures of the ground floor has been completed. This level is designated for a restaurant with 5-meter ceiling height.

In the second section, preparations for concreting the slab above the technical floor are nearing completion.

In the third section, the second-floor slab has been completed and installation of vertical load-bearing elements is ongoing.

Despite adverse weather conditions at the end of the month, construction activities continued without interruption. In March, during Ramadan, the schedule will be adjusted, after which works will proceed in accordance with the project timeline.
