Here’s the January construction update for AMANI Melasti.

In January, active above-ground construction works continue on site. The tower crane has been fully commissioned and is actively used in daily construction operations.

In the third section of the complex, works on the second-floor slab are underway. The formwork has been fully installed, and slab reinforcement is currently in progress.

Construction progress is visible across multiple sections of the project at the same time. In the first section, construction of walls and columns for the first floor continues. This entire level is designated for a restaurant, with ceiling heights of approximately five metres, creating a clearly defined spatial volume.

In the second section, works on the technical floor have been completed, followed by the start of floor slab construction. The project continues to develop consistently across all key areas.

The building continues to take shape in volume, and construction progress is becoming increasingly visible directly on site.
