Investment and construction company TEUS GROUP and its first Balinese project, Amani Melasti, were named winners in the ‘Design Initiative of the Year — Indonesia’ category at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2025 ceremony, which took place on 5 June in Singapore.

This award is yet another international recognition of the architectural boldness and conceptual uniqueness of TEUS Group's debut project in Indonesia. The jury focused on non-standard architectural solutions, harmony with the natural landscape, and deep respect for the local context.

‘Amani Melasti is more than just a project. It is a manifesto of our approach to development: with soul, respect for the place, and high ambitions. We are grateful to the organisers of the Real Estate Asia Awards for seeing and appreciating this idea,’ said Basel Houari, founder and CEO of TEUS Group. ’There are many interesting and exciting projects ahead, which means even more victories and international recognition.’

This is not Amani Melasti's first victory in 2025. The project recently won two prestigious awards at the Asia Pacific Property & Hotel Awards 2025–2026 ceremony in Bangkok. Amani Melasti was recognised as the best in the categories ‘Marketing Development for Indonesia’ and ‘Developer Website.’

Each of these awards confirms that TEUS Group is not just creating hotel real estate, but shaping a new quality of leisure and investment in Bali.
