The AMANI Melasti project won in two categories at once:
Development Marketing for Indonesia and the Developer's Website.
AMANI Melasti is a new generation investment resort complex located on one of the most picturesque coasts of Bali. The project combines modern architecture, a premium level of service, and strong infrastructure focused on long-term profitability and comfort. The AMANI Melasti concept is based on the idea of a harmonious combination of nature, design, and investment attractiveness.
The developer's website, www.teus-group.com, has also received international recognition. This is not just an online platform, but a convenient and technologically advanced tool that allows investors from anywhere in the world to get acquainted with the project in detail, view the layout, calculate the yield, and even take a walk around the complex thanks to the integrated 3D module.
The marketing strategy to launch AMANI Melasti on the market used innovative approaches: from virtual presentations and augmented reality to interactive 3D tours and deep personalisation of communications. This approach helped to create a strong visual and emotional presence of the brand in the Indonesian premium property market.
The official award ceremony will take place very soon - on 15-16 May 2025 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel Queens Park in Bangkok, Thailand.
