A new and important milestone has been reached at the construction of the upscale boutique hotel Amani Melasti in Bali. Two modern concrete batching plants, which will play a key role in the next phase of works, have arrived on site. The unloading and installation process is currently underway.

Speed and uninterrupted concrete supply

With its own batching plants, the team will be able to produce concrete directly on site. This reduces dependence on external suppliers, shortens transportation time, and ensures that the material arrives fresh and ready for use.

Quality control at every stage

In-house production allows full control over the composition, strength, and other characteristics of the concrete. This is especially important for premium-class projects, where every detail must meet the highest standards.

Optimizing workflows

Two batching plants will allow several areas of the construction site to be supplied simultaneously. This will accelerate the pouring of foundations, slabs, and other structural elements, reducing the overall construction timeline.

Cost efficiency

In-house concrete production capacity reduces logistics and storage costs, resulting in significant savings on a large-scale project.

"Construction of Amani Melasti is progressing exactly on schedule. We are investing in equipment that allows us to be independent, faster, and deliver even higher quality. Important milestones lie ahead, and we will share them in upcoming videos from the site," said Artem Borovsky, Head of Partner Sales at TEUS Group.
