We are pleased to share the latest updates from the DESIRE Antalya construction site for June.
In Block A1, the finishing layer works for suspended ceilings and walls have been completed. Installation of guide rails in the elevator shafts has been completed, and the elevator cabin lifting systems, including hoist motors, have been installed. The façade finishing paintwork is 100% complete.
In Block A2, suspended ceiling installation works are underway on the 2nd floor. The suspended ceilings on the upper floors have been completed. Installation of guide rails in the elevator shafts has been completed, and the elevator cabin lifting systems, including hoist motors, have been installed in 2 of the 3 elevator shafts. Work is continuing in the shaft of the 3rd elevator. Underfloor heating installation is underway on the 4th floor; floors 1–3 have been completed. Floor screed works are underway on the 5th floor; floors 1–4 have been completed. Façade painting works are continuing and are 75% complete.
In Block A3, suspended ceiling installation works are underway on the 2nd floor, while floors 3–6 have been completed. Underfloor heating installation is currently being carried out on the 3rd floor; the upper floors have been completed. Preparatory works for floor installation are underway on the 5th floor; floors 6 and 7 have been completed. Façade painting has commenced.
In the basement, work on the ventilation and smoke extraction duct systems for the parking garage is continuing.
