Here's the latest update from the Ramada construction site in Nusa Dua.

In June, active earthworks began on site along with the preparation of the project's engineering infrastructure.

Current status: — Removal of unsuitable soil from the site is underway — machinery is operating on the ground. — The lowering of the foundation pit level for the apartment building has begun — this is where the future basement will be located, housing the technical and service facilities of the complex. This will free up more space on the ground floor for public areas. — Foundation works for the test villa — the future showroom used to test design solutions and specifications for the complex's future villas — have been completed. — Connection of engineering utilities is underway: water supply from PDAM and electricity from PLN.

We'll share new progress from the site in the next update.
