Here’s the January construction update for RAMADA Nusa Dua.

Excavation works for the apartment building have been completed. Following the completion of earthworks, the project has moved into the next stage of site preparation.

Preparatory works are currently underway, including connection of the construction site to the PLN power grid, organisation of water supply through PDAM, and the start of permanent perimeter fencing works for the complex.

At the same time, site setup is in progress, including construction of the workers’ camp and the site office, as well as preparation of the infrastructure required for subsequent construction stages.

In parallel, design development and approval of the working documentation continue.
