At a new stage in the development of its flagship project DESIRE Antalya, TEUS Group has begun issuing Tapu — the official Turkish document that confirms property ownership rights.

Tapu is being granted to clients who have made 100% payment for their property. This marks the final legal stage of the transaction, making them full owners of premium real estate on Turkey’s Mediterranean coast.
