On August 15, the international investment and construction company TEUS Group organized a special seminar at the DoubleTree by Hilton Likya United conference hall in Antalya. The event brought together more than 100 participants from Antalya, Belek, Alanya, and Isparta.

The seminar was opened by TEUS Group CEO and Founder Basel Houari, who welcomed the participants and presented the company’s current projects. The keynote speaker was Chairman of GİGDER, founder of Tekçe Real Estate and Antalyahomes.com, Bayram Tekçe, who delivered presentations on “How to Sell Effectively During a Real Estate Market Crisis?” and “How to Sell Twice as Productively.”

Participants gained practical strategies for client relations, increasing productivity, and adapting to market changes. Following the Q&A session, all attendees were awarded participation certificates.
