On September 8, an important event took place at the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts headquarters in Singapore — TEUS Group CEO & Founder Basel Houari and Joon Aun Ooi, President Asia Pacific Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, signed a cooperation memorandum for another project in Bali.
This strategic partnership opens a new chapter in the development of the RAMADA NUSA DUA BY WYNDHAM project — TEUS Group’s second hotel complex in Bali. It will now become part of the international Wyndham Hotels & Resorts network, which unites over 9,000 hotels in 95 countries worldwide.
For investors and future guests, this means high service standards, a recognizable international brand, and expanded opportunities in Bali’s tourism real estate sector.
RAMADA NUSA DUA BY WYNDHAM is the only branded complex of upscale villas and hotel rooms in the luxury area of Nusa-Dua. The complex will be located near three coastal zones — Nusa-Dua, Mengiat, and Geger — offering three kilometers of pristine beach and a serene ocean protected by a coral reef. The art-hotel concept, where art is seamlessly integrated into the environment to provide guests with emotional rejuvenation, promises a unique experience that guests will want to return to.
