The Asia Pacific Property Awards is one of the most prestigious accolades in the global real estate industry. Established in 1993, the awards recognise outstanding achievements in architecture, construction, and property design.

On 7 May 2026, the official ceremony of the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2026–2027 took place at the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen's Park. Teus Group was honoured with three top five-star awards:
— Best Hotel Architecture Indonesia — for Ramada Nusa Dua by Wyndham;
— Best Hotel Architecture Maldives — for Radisson Resort Maldives;
— Best New Hotel Construction & Design Maldives — for Radisson Resort Maldives.

Five-star status is the highest tier of the awards, granted only to projects that receive the highest scores from an independent jury of more than 100 international experts in architecture, design, and development. Asia Pacific winners are automatically nominated for the global finals of the International Property Awards, which determine the world's leading property companies.

Three top awards across two countries in a single year is a natural milestone for Teus Group.
